My oldest printers are now HP Laserjet M302 and all computers have now windows 7 or windows 10 and I never had the issue again.
I have no more HP4200 series or P4014 series. What I did was set that value directly on the server and instantly the issue was solved on all PCs. Every computer had his network printer "linked" from this server by simply addind it with the "Add a network printer" feature (\\IP Adress\PRINTER NAME) and when printing from those PCs or trying to access printer properties, some printers started to give this type of errors.
